Michael is an award-winning journalist and former Editor of Information Security, a two-time finalist for national magazine of the year. He has been writing for business-to-business IT websites and magazines for 10 years, with a primary focus on information security. Prior to joiningTechTarget, Michael was an editor and reporter at several Boston-area newspapers. Michael holds a bachelor's degree from Stonehill College in North Easton, Mass.

As editor for Information Security magazine, Savage writes and edits features, technical articles and columns. She is also the site editor for SearchFinancialSecurity.com, where she edits and writes news stories, analysis and technical articles on issues relevant to financial information security pros. She has been a journalist for 20 years, and has covered technology for the past 12. Before joining Tech Target in 2005, she was West Coast Bureau Chief at both SC Magazine and CRN. At CRN, she led the publication's security coverage and also reported on the microprocessor market. Prior to her technology reporting, she worked as a staff writer at daily newspapers in Medford, Ore., and Davis, Calif., where her writing won regional journalism awards.

Utilizing the experience he's garnered after working as a print, broadcast and Web journalist for 15 years, as the senior site editor for TechTarget's Security Media Group, Eric manages the online editorial operations for its award-winning websites, including SearchSecurity.com, SearchFinancialSecurity.com, SearchSecurityChannel.com and SearchSecurity.co.UK. He oversees the development of original technical content, including Security Schools, tips & newsletters, webcasts, videos and learning guides. Eric is a three-time ASBPE award winner, including two 2009 digital awards. Before joining the security team, Eric spent six years covering IT as a writer and news editor for various TechTarget Web properties. Prior to TechTarget, Eric worked in television news at CNN and at local stations in Massachusetts, and previously at the Daily Hampshire Gazette in Northampton, Mass. As an assistant site editor, Greg helps to manage the look and feel of TechTarget's security websites on a day-to-day basis, including creating, editing and posting content, as well as recording podcasts and editing videos. He is also in charge of the group’s newsletter production. A former Co-Op with TechTarget, he graduated from Northeastern University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
